Booking & Payment
A booking is considered confirmed once the required payment or deposit has been received and the booking confirmation has been issued.
Depending on the travel service, certain payments may be non-refundable because we may need to make advance arrangements with airlines, hotels, transportation providers, tour operators or other travel partners.
Cancellation by the Traveler

Travel insurance may provide protection for certain unexpected events, subject to the terms and conditions of the insurance provider.
Vayra Travels does not guarantee that insurance will cover a particular cancellation, delay, illness, loss or other travel-related event.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds or alternative arrangements may be handled differently in circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, airline disruptions, major travel interruptions or other events outside the reasonable control of Vayra Travels.
In such cases, the policies of the relevant airlines, hotels, suppliers, insurers and authorities may apply.
